Complete accessories tier list for Crimson Desert. All 10 rings, amulets, and belts ranked from S to C tier with effects, unlock paths, and best-in-slot recommendations for every build.
A Note from the Author
"I tested every accessory on the same boss gauntlet — Wave 2 Hernand defense, Crowcaller solo, and Omen of Sand Phase 1 — using identical armor and weapons so the only variable was the accessory slot. Saint's Necklace won overall because stamina refill lets you swing more, dodge more, and never get locked out of a combo. Shadowveil Amulet is the highest-skill-ceiling choice; in the hands of an experienced player who can chain dodges, no other accessory clears the Hernand defense faster. — Sarah"
Overview
Accessories in Crimson Desert occupy a single equipment slot and provide effects unavailable on armor or weapons — stamina refills, dodge bonuses, detection ranges, lifesteal, and XP multipliers. With 10 accessories spanning four slot types (rings, amulets, necklaces, belts), the choice you make changes how every fight feels.
This tier list ranks all 10 accessories based on three factors: raw power in PvE content, versatility across build archetypes, and unlock accessibility. An S-tier accessory should win in nearly every fight, while C-tier accessories have niche uses but are generally outclassed.
S-Tier Accessories
Saint's Necklace — Defense 5-15, Spirit Regen +0.3/s, Unique: Vitality (refills stamina, 1 min CD). The most versatile accessory in the game — useful in every build, every chapter, every fight. The stamina refill alone is worth slotting because the it lets you swing more, dodge more, and never get locked out of a combo during long boss phases.
Shadowveil Amulet — 15% dodge chance, detection delay +1.5s, stealth +10%, Unique: Vanish (5s invisibility on dodge, 30s CD). Highest skill-ceiling accessory in the game. In the hands of an experienced player who can chain dodges and trigger Vanish off cooldown, nothing else clears boss content faster. Pairs perfectly with Blackwing Leather for full stealth setups.
A-Tier Accessories
Ring of the Archer — Bow damage +10%, crit +5%, draw speed +0.2s, Unique: Quick Nock (10% chance for double arrow). The best-in-slot accessory for any ranged build. The double-arrow proc is the single biggest damage multiplier in the game for bow users. Mandatory for PvP archers.
Scholar's Lens — Reveals lore/herbs/runes in 10m, Unique: Insight (+5% XP from all sources). The best accessory for completionists and crafters. The 5% XP bonus adds up fast across a full playthrough — roughly +12,000 XP per level 1-50 run — and the lore reveal makes exploration meaningful.
Trader's Belt — Carry weight +50, sell price +8%, pickpocket +10%, Unique: Hidden Pocket (stores 5 items on death). Best-in-slot for economic builds. The carry weight +50 is the single biggest inventory expansion in the game (base is 100, this gives 150 total), and Hidden Pocket saves you from losing rare drops to ambush deaths.
B-Tier Accessories
Warrior's Gauntlet — Melee +5%, knockback +20%, stamina -10% on swings, Unique: Steady Grip (immune to disarm). Solid for dedicated melee builds, but the stamina penalty makes it less attractive than Saint's Necklace for hybrid fighters. The disarm immunity is great in PvP but irrelevant in PvE.
Tarivian Necklace — Balanced stats with minor bonuses to several attributes. A solid all-rounder for early-game when nothing else is unlocked. Falls off hard once Saint's Necklace becomes available in mid-game.
Crossroads Necklace — Movement speed +5%, stamina regen +1/s. The best exploration accessory in the game, but the combat impact is minimal. Great for traversal-heavy playthroughs; mediocre for boss-rush content.
C-Tier Accessories
Mark of Darkness — +10% dark damage, -5% HP. Niche use for dark magic builds. The HP loss makes it dangerous in prolonged combat, and the +10% dark damage only matters if your weapon has dark synergy (very few do).
Radiant Necklace — +10% holy damage, +2 HP/s regen in daylight. Niche use for faith builds. Like Mark of Darkness, the conditional bonuses make it weak outside of dedicated holy-magic setups.
Best in Slot by Build
Combat / Tank: Saint's Necklace (stamina refill + defense)
Stealth / Assassin: Shadowveil Amulet (dodge + Vanish invisibility)
Ranged / Archer: Ring of the Archer (bow damage + Quick Nock double-arrow proc)
Crafter / Gatherer: Trader's Belt (carry weight + sell bonus) or Scholar's Lens (lore/herb detection)
Explorer / Completionist: Scholar's Lens (reveal hidden content + XP bonus)
PvP / Skirmisher: Saint's Necklace (versatile) or Shadowveil Amulet (dodge + Vanish)
Hybrid: Saint's Necklace is the only accessory that benefits every build type.
