Can I have multiple companions active?

Only 1 active at a time in combat. Story NPCs are permanent once unlocked. Pets are swappable at any Pet Bench. Bird pets and ground pets can't be active simultaneously.

S-Tier Companions

Kliff (Story NPC, Chapter 1) — Mandatory companion in main story. Provides +10% attack when bonded to level 5. Best companion for Chapters 1-3 due to story integration. Bond unlocks the Kliff musket skills (Patch 1.08).

Iron Eagle (Bird Pet, Patch 1.05) — Legendary bird pet from Boss Rematch mode. Auto-buffs +15% damage and reveals hidden enemies. The single best bird pet in the game. Drop from the Reminisce mode boss, 5% chance.

A-Tier Companions
